2-DAY WORKSHOP! Summer Mosaic Tile Serving Tray or Plant Stand (June 30 & July 1)
(5th Grade - Adult)
June 30 @ 5:30PM (to ~ 7:30PM) & July 1 @ 5:30PM (to ~ 6:30PM) (Must be able to attend both!)
Duration: 3 Hours Total
Capture the feeling of summer in this two-part stained glass mosaic workshop. In the first session, you’ll design and arrange your chosen mosaic using pre-cut stained glass pieces on a round wooden surface. In the second session, you’ll return to grout and finish your project, turning your layout into a sealed, functional piece ready for display or daily use. Whether you pick the tropical warmth of a pineapple or the cheerful simplicity of a daisy, this project is both practical and beautiful. All materials are provided. Participants must attend both sessions.
Day One will primarily focus on the assembly of your mosaic tile. Day Two will be the grouting and finishing steps.
Glass colors may vary depending on availability. Background designs and colors are up to each individual artist. Class includes one (1) finished product with your choice between a serving tray or plant stand.
