Duration: ~3 hrs Total **MUST ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS**
Perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking, gardening, or handmade kitchen tools, this two-part ceramic workshop combines function and creativity. Students will hand-build a ceramic herb stripper, thoughtfully designed with holes that allow you to easily pull fresh herbs through to separate leaves from stems — a simple tool you’ll reach for again and again.
In addition to the herb stripper, you’ll also create a set of custom ceramic garden markers, perfect for labeling your herbs or plants. Personalize each marker with names, textures, and finishes to match your style or garden space.
During the first session, you’ll shape and design your pieces using hand-building techniques. After bisque firing, you’ll return to glaze your work, choosing colors that highlight the form and details of each piece. This class is suitable for all skill levels and results in a set of beautiful, practical ceramics for your kitchen and garden.
