Saturday, Feb 21 & Feb 28: 10:00AM - 11:30AM
Duration: ~3 hrs Total **MUST ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS**
Create something beautiful and functional in this two part hanging clay flower bud vase workshop. Participants will design, roll, texturize, and form two wall pocket vases on February 21 from 10:00–11:30am, shaping each piece. Once the pieces have been bisque fired, students will return on February 28 from 10:00–11:30am to glaze their pockets and bring their vision to life with color and finish.
After the final glaze firing, completed pieces will be ready for pickup during the March 6 Artwalk from 5:00–8:00pm. Take your finished wall pockets home and personalize them with your favorite ribbon and small sprigs of greenery or flowers. This workshop is perfect for all experience levels and offers a hands on introduction to clay with a finished piece you can enjoy year round.
